May I order by phone?
The fastest and most convenient method of ordering is our secure online shopping cart. If you prefer not to order using our secure cart, you may call toll free 888-618-THAI or 425-687-1708 to order via phone, or you may send us an email, advise your phone number, and we will promptly call you back.
What credit cards do you accept?
ImportFood.com accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Can I write a personal check or money order?
We do accept check and money order payment, just send us an email and advise your shipping address as well as the items you'd like to order. We'll quickly respond to confirm how to proceed.

Shipping
At ImportFood.com we take the shipping of your products very seriously. Orders are shipped immediately via UPS Ground from our warehouse in Seattle, Washington. Based on our experience most UPS Ground shipments arrive within 5-7 days. ImportFood.com charges you what UPS charges us. We do not seek to earn extra profit from shipping costs. UPS Ground shipping costs are based on flat fee of $5.85 plus a small added charge per ounce. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.
Does ImportFood.com service international destinations?
Currently we can ship to addresses in the United States, US Territories served by the US Postal Service, and to APO/FPO addresses. We also ship to Canada as per policy explained below.
What if I live in Alaska, Hawaii or the US Territories?
ImportFood.com offers US Priority Mail or 2nd Day Air delivery to our customers in Alaska, Hawaii, or the US Territories. We encourage orders from Alaska and Hawaii, as we can get competitive Priority Mail postal rates from Seattle. Send us an email: support@importfood.com, advise what you would like to order, and we will immediately respond with a custom quotation to explain your shipment options. You may also place an order online, checkout with UPS Ground as the shipping method, and before processing the order we'll send you an email to advise shipping costs, then wait for your approval.
What states are in the US Territories?
Currently shipping to American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia (Micronesia), Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and Virgin Islands.
What if I have an APO/FPO address?
We ship to APO/FPO on a daily basis using USPS, and we welcome your business! Please order using our secure online checkout, with UPS Ground selected as the default shipping method. If the actual shipping charge via USPS Priority Mail is higher than UPS Ground we will email you and await your approval. Usually it's a bit more expensive, depending on the order weight and other factors.
Can I ship parts of my order to different addresses?
No. You can specify one "ship to" address per order. If you need to send items to multiple addresses, please order separately for each address.

We are happy to ship to our friends in Canada. Please kindly note that all prices are in US dollars, and we ship only cookware to Canada (not food products). You must accept responsibility for any import taxes that may be charged. Most of what we ship to Canada enters with no problem but we are not sure if the government may charge you a tax. Also, shipping charges may be quite high compared to the UPS Ground rate if your order is heavy, as the least expensive method is USPS. You may place an order online, checkout with UPS Ground as the shipping method, and before processing the order we'll send you an email to advise shipping costs, then wait for your approval. If shipping charge is too high, you can cancel it with no problem. |
Please note while we will make every effort to get your packages to you by your desired date, ImportFood.com cannot guarantee the timely arrival of your package unless you tell us in advance what your required delivery date is. So if you need the products for a special occasion please call us as an alert, we will ship your order immediately. |

Return and Exchange Policy
ImportFood.com unconditionally guarantees all merchandise. We would like to assure you that your satisfaction is our highest priority, and any problems you encounter will be worked out to your satisfaction. If you need to return a product for any reason you may return it to us within 30 days for a prompt refund.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied, or if your order arrives incorrect, incomplete or damaged, please Email support@importfood.com a short explanation of the problem.
