Pour it on a pile of shredded green papaya, mix in some peanuts, fresh chile pepper and dried shrimps in order to make a quick som tum. Also add it to shredded carrots for a delicious Thai-inspired salad, or simply pour a few tablespoons over sliced barbeque beef. A delicious hot-sweet seafood sauce with a mild chile heat and distinctive Thai flavor. Serve a side dish of this sauce with any kind of seafood. We love it with barbequed squid (skewer the squid and place on the barbie for great results). Ingredients: 23% sugar, 18% fish sauce, 15.7% vinegar, 14% water, 12% chile, 10% garlic, 4% lemon juice, 3% salt, 0.2% msg, 0.1% vegetable gum. No artificial color and no preservative. Maesri brand.
