Vegetarian Mushroom Stir-Fry Sauce, Lee Kum Kee
For a tasty vegetarian stir-fry try this sauce from Lee Kum Kee of Hong Kong, they've made this sauce in USA and packaged it in the plastic bottle shown here. Use just 2-3 tablespoons, added to a wok with fresh vegetables of your choice (here we used asparagus together with assorted bell peppers). We also added chopped fresh ginger and Thai pepper powder. After just a few minutes of cooking, it's very delicious.

The 20 oz bottle is generous and allows for plenty of servings. Ingredients: water, sugar, salt, soybeans, modified corn starch, brown sugar, wheat flour, caramel color, natural flavor shiitake mushroom, sodium benzoate. Made in USA.
1 bottle, 20 oz, $3.89
The BEST Fresh Red Thai Chile Peppers.
Same as offered a few months ago, we just got a new shipment of the same fresh red chiles.

In 10 years of shipping fresh Thai produce we've never seen this quality. Usually our Thai chiles are green color with somewhat mild heat and flavor.

These fresh red chiles have a very strong, true Thai chile heat. Stems are nice and green, fresh pick. We shipped a few lbs to a chef who emailed back and said they were the best he's ever seen.

This is limited to just a few cases from one individual grower, so in a few days it will be all sold out. For our newsletter readers: we'd love for you to try these.

Below see some options we've put together. We'll ship all fresh produce via expedited 2-3 day Priority to ensure freshness. They freeze ok, for longer storage.

NEW LARGE BOX: Natural Coconut Milk, Preservative-Free, Aroy-D
We started offering this all-natural coconut milk two months ago, with excellent results. Everyone loves it. Now we have it in a large (33.8 oz) box, with a lower price per-ounce. More convenient for a lot of chefs to have the large box.

Made to the highest standard by Aroy-D, this coconut milk was awarded top prize in a blind taste contest among top chefs in Thailand.

Packaged in a modern paper carton, the shelf life is one year. Consistency is nice and creamy. We have the new 33.8 oz size, and a bundle of 6 boxes at 8.5 oz per box.

Two years we met with Prime Minister of Thailand, Samak, also a celebrity chef who had his own cooking show. He used this coconut milk to make delicious Tom Kha Salmon soup, see our video of Samak's Tom Kha Salmon.

We also offer coconut milk in cans, here at this link.

Ingredients: coconut milk 100%. No preservatives. Product of Thailand.

Mama Noodle Bowls
Mama is the most famous brand in Thailand for good reason, the flavor of their instant noodles is fantastic. In fact, people are always finding ways to improve their basic Mama such as turning them into a seafood salad, or a "poor man's gourmet".

Here we have a new style of Mama ready to eat in a nice modern paper bowl, not plastic or foam. The noodles are nice and wide, the same as our chantaboon rice stock. Serving size is 2.3 oz dry, which is larger than most Mama noodle packs which are about 1.8 oz. One bowl will really fill you up, and the flavor is good just like it comes. Add the four separate spice packets and garlic/onion oil, then add hot water, and let sit for 5 minutes. A little folding fork is included also.

Rich in flavor, but not spicy, similar to our very popular chan clear soup. To dress it up, add fresh basil if you'd like, or hard-boiled egg, or shrimp, or something elese you prefer.

Ingredients: rice flour, salt, palm oil, sugar, dried cabbage, dried carrot, msg, garlic powder, pepper powder, chile powder, dried leek. Product of Thailand.
$8.49 1 case = 6 bowls
Thai Sticky Rice, Aroy-D brand
Our best-selling rice, and Aroy-D quality is "the best". Consistent grains, great flavor, and excellent packaging in a strong bag which ensures good arrival. We just got a new shipment, but unfortunately the price just keeps getting higher. Here we are offering it at the old price, with our $5 flat rate shipping this is a good deal.

Sticky rice takes a bit of extra time to prepare, as it has to be soaked overnight before steaming in a special pot/basket combination. Many of our customers already have sticky rice steamers.

Fresh Mangosteen, Final Call! Season Will End Soon

We expect to receive our final shipment of fresh mangosteen from Thailand on Wednesday (June 9) and that will likely be the end of the season. Order now for shipment June 9, delivery June 11 or 12. We are at peak season right now and quality is very good.

The fruit chosen from export is clean, fresh and premium in every respect. Unfortunately the cost is very high, mainly due to shipping. You get 2 lbs of fruit in a small net sack, approximately 12 fruit.

Fresh mangosteen is best kept cool, and should be consumed within 1-2 days after you get it. On the outside box it states "irradiated fruit" and we understand that the USDA (plus agencies in other countries) approved this method of treatment in order to protect the environment. More about fresh mangosteen.

At checkout use "$0.00 Order Fresh Produce" shipping option (not UPS Ground), if you order includes only mangosteen. We will upgrade to Air Shipment with no added charge. Product of Thailand.

We ship from Seattle. Feel free to call us 1-888-618-8424 if you have any questions.

After One More Successful Year (Thank You!)
