Satay Seasoning Mix and Marinade, Lobo, 3.5 oz package
Our feature recipe this month for pork satay takes a long time to prepare, but if you might like a quicker ready-made version, try this Lobo brand mix which is one of our best selling items. For our newsletter readers we are offering half price for three days only.

Inside each package, you get two packets. The first is full of marinade spices. Just add 1/4 cup coconut milk to the spices, then marinate for 1 hour in the fridge. Put your meat on skewers and grill until done. The next packet is your satay dipping sauce. Add 3/4 cup coconut milk to that package, and 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Bring to a boil, lower heat, and simmer 15 minutes.

This convenient product is enough to make two large servings. Chinese-style Barbeque Sauce, Koon Chun brand
This item had been out of stock for a few months and we just got a new shipment. Koon Chun is known for high quality and great taste, notably Koon Chun hoisin sauce which is regarded as the best available.

A classic Chinese dipping sauce from Hong Kong, and often used with Thai-inspired dishes. It has a nice dark color, thick consistency, and sweet taste. We use it when making Sloppy Joes. Great for use with Asian-style bbq ribs, or any Asian-inspired bbq dish. Ingredients: sugar, soya bean, tomato, salt, vinegar, garlic, plum, pepper, chili, sesame, spices, artificial color.
