NEW: Megachef Seasoned Fish Sauce
Here is a new 'Seasoned' fish sauce from Megachef. It's made using only the best ingredients and processes. This version has coconut sugar added to give it a sweet taste, less salty, and more appealing for a variety of uses.
This fish sauce is made from pure anchovy fish, mixed with sea salt, and fermented 2 years, seasoned with coconut sugar.
Recipe / Lobo Sweet and Sour Chicken
Start by mixing 1 tablespoon soy sauce with 3/4 lb meat of your choice, then fry it with 1 tablespoon vegetable oil and stir-fry until done. Add 1 onion, bell pepper, and other vegetable of your choice. Dissolve 1 pack of Lobo Sweet and Sour with 1/2 cup water and pour it into the pan. Add 3/4 cup drained pineapple chunks.
