The new issue, out in supermarkets and newsstands everywhere, has a 6 page feature written by noted cookbook and magazine author Corinne Trang. The article focuses on the simplicity of making Pad Thai (see our Pad Thai recipe here). Her version is indeed simple, and uses just a few key ingredients.
