We will ship you one papaya, protected to ensure good arrival, and sent via 2 Day shipping. Size varies a bit, but the papaya will weigh between 3-4 lbs, and yields 3 to 4 cups of shredded papaya. Product of Mexico. Highly perishable and should be shredded immediately after arrival. Soak shredded papaya in salt water for a few hours, drain and store in sealed container in fridge for longest keeping.
