Easy Fried Rice with Kaffir Lime Powder

Ingredients

1 teaspoon kaffir lime leaf powder
1 teaspoon minced fresh garlic
2 tablespoons cooking oil
4 fresh thai chili pods, sliced
1/2 cup cooked chicken, diced
1.5 cups cooked jasmine rice
1 teaspoon fish sauce (more or less to taste)

Method

In a medium wok or skillet heat oil and garlic on medium-high heat until golden brown. Add thai chilies, then chicken and heat for several minutes, add rice, cook for 2-3 minutes, add kaffir lime leaf powder, stir-fry couple more minutes, add fish sauce. Serve hot.
