Main Ingredients
1/2 to 2/3 lb beef, cut into 2 inch pieces
1 cup vegetable oil
Seasonings
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon Maggi Seasoning
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Method
Mix the seasonings together in a separate dish, then add to the meat and marinate for 15-20 minutes. Place the meat on a tray and leave under the sun for 30 minutes. Deep-fry the sun-dried meat in medium heat for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Drain the oil, and serve with a side dish of sriracha sauce. Garnish with Chinese lettuce and tomatoes.
