Isan Style Sausages (Thai Hamburgers), "Sai Grog Tod"

This is an American spin on the traditional sausage from northeastern Thailand, known as "Sai Grog" (the actual sausage). It's easy to make and very fragrant.

Arrange the sausage on a platter with the standard hamburger accompaniments. Try serving with Sriracha sauce and/or satay sauce. Try the ginger mayo from our ahi burgers as well as your favorite relish.
