| We have a decent supply of two personal favorites. The elegant 5" bowl with lid is a nice way to serve soups, rice or noodles. The rectangular platter has an extraordinary wide range of uses. It's very thick, and oven safe. We serve Thai food on this platter, placed in the middle of the table and shared with a large serving spoon. We also cook on the platter. For example, placing a nice piece of fish on this platter and cooking it in a toaster oven at 325 degrees for 12-15 minutes yields excellent results. |
