Malaysian Satay Sauce--Great for BBQ! 3.9 oz

Fresh peanut (satay) sauce is most common in Malaysia, and we've found the best instant satay on the market here with Nona brand. The taste is rich, a tinge of spice and wonderful thin yet slightly chunky texture. It's all natural, and we figured out just how to make the perfect satay with this product. First, slice chicken breast into strips and thread onto bamboo skewers which have been soaked in water for about 1/2 hour. Next, marinade the chicken skewers for 1-2 hours in our all-natural satay seasoning (to make the best marinade, combine 3 tablespoons of the seasoning with 2 teaspoons vegetable oil, and 1/2 teaspoon sea salt). Barbeque the chicken, and baste with coconut milk as you barbeque. In the meantime, prepare the Nona satay sauce by following the simple instructions on the box (add water and cooking oil, heat). Serve the chicken along with the satay sauce on the side. Makes a nice large portion, plenty for 3 or 4 people. Enjoy! Ingredients: peanuts, sugar, chile, salt, garlic, spices.
