A legendary sauce originating in Northern Thailand. A smoky, hot spicy sauce for many Thai barbeque meats such as beef, pork and chicken. Also a nice condiment for dipping sticky rice. The distinctive aroma of charcoal-broiled herbs and spices such as shallot and cumin leaves highlighted with Grade-A fish sauce and lime juice brings out the best taste of all kind of barbequed meats. Ingredients: fish sauce, water, palm sugar, dried chile, tamarind paste, lime juice, roasted rice, green shallot, cumin leaves, mint leaves, citric acid. No artificial color and no preservatives added. Product of Thailand.
