We are pleased to offer fish sauce from the Philippines. This has a unique flavor, slightly different than Thai fish sauce due to the blend of fish used to create the sauce. The fish sauce is a bit more salty and does not have a heavy odor. Ingredients: fish extract (assorted blends of scads, herrings, sardines, mackerels, silversides, slip mouths), water and salt, less than 1/10 of 1% benzoate of soda added as preservative.
