This vendor is a husband/wife team that shows up every morning on famed Thanon Mahannop in the Saochingcha area which is well known as having only the finest quality street vendor food. You can find them directly in front of this noodle shop in the heart of Mahannop.

As you can see from the pictures, there are three different types offered. Commonly known as "puak tod" which translates as "assorted fried" snacks. Our favorite is the fried tofu, and we have a recipe for these snacks at this link.

One of the best things about the snacks is the special dipping sauce which the vendor makes, their own signature sauce.
