Thai Street Vendor Prepares Decorative Pancakes

This is another vendor zipping around on a Honda scooter conversion, with a sidecar added which contains everything necessary to cook pancakes. He is a nice older man with a quiet nature who can use his squeeze bottle to design simple animals in liquid batter. After it cooks for a minute or two he covers it with more dough. When cooked the pancake has the design etched into it.
