So simple and so tasty.....we spend all our time complicating food, when the thai people cook fresh ingredients with simplicity, style and finesse. No bells and whistles and the flavour created leaves an everlasting impression.

Thank you for this series of Thai street vendor foods. It opens lines of understanding to the Thai culture. I probably will never visit there in my lifetime but I can sure make my way through a menu at a Thai restaurant!
