Method for Fresh Turmeric Tea

To make this tea, just slice up the fresh turmeric and add it to a few cups of water. Bring to a boil then let it cool overnight. The next morning re-heat, and serve this healthy drink to start out your day. If you prefer, add a bit of honey.
