The Thai name is "Kra Ja" (rhymes with drama). The handle is 9" long, made of wood, and it's handmade in a unique shape perfect for making Khanom Buang. At the bottom is a thin metal flat disc.
It's recommended that you have two of these when making Khanom Buang. One for the batter and one for the cream.
