Thai Tempura Flour, Gogi brand, 5.3 oz

This is a good quality multi-purpose instant self-raising batter that can be used to make all types of meat, seafood and vegetables.

Mix one envelope with one cup water and stir. Dip your choice of food in the batter and fry in hot oil until golden brown.

We like to use this product to make tempura chicken, then serve with sweet chile sauce for dipping. Product of Thailand.
