New Recipe: Thai Beef Salad, 'Yum Nuea'
One of our favorite recipes, the meat is tossed with a delicious mixture of sweet, sesame-inspired smoky hot sauce and fresh vegetables.Yam nuea literally means "tossed beef". This is a simple beef "salad", and can be eaten hot or cold. This is fairly spicy so you can use less fresh chilli pepper as desired.
Tom Kha Paste, Aroy-D
Use this to make a quick and delicious Tom Kha soup. All you need is to add coconut milk, and your own chicken & fresh mushrooms.
Packed in a vacuum-sealed container. Ingredients: salt, sugar, galangal, lemongrass, refined soybean oil, kaffir lime peel, msg, citric acid.

Adobo Savory Sauce Mix - Mama Sitas
Made by well-known high quality producer Mama Sita's of The Philippines. The package states "This garlicky concoction of spices serves as a perfect base for authentic Filipino adobe." We also like the nice peppery flavor to balance the garlic.
Instructions are on the package. See below photos, we prepared this in our kitchen with a nice result. Simply dissolve the package with 1 cup of water and marinade meat cubes for 15 minutes. Then remove meat, pan fry in hot oil. When meat is cooked, add the marinade then bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until sauce has thickened. Serve with Thai jasmine rice.

Mama brand, instant chan pho soup
Mama is the most famous brand in Thailand for good reason, the flavor of their instant noodles is fantastic.
Here we have a new style of Mama, using premium chantaboon rice stick noodles.
Serving size is 2.3 oz dry, which is larger than most Mama noodle packs which are about 1.8 oz.
One bowl will really fill you up, and the flavor is good just like it comes. Add the two separate spice packets, then add hot water, and let sit for 3 minutes.
