Thai Stir-Fried Chicken with Longan

  • 10 Ounces Chicken Breast, Cut into Pieces
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper, Diced
  • 1 Can Longan

  • 2 Teaspoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon Corn Starch
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Salt

Method for Thai Stir-Fried Chicken with Longan

Mix chicken with marinade. Soak longans in salted water for 15 minutes, and drain. Stir-fry chicken in 2 tbsp oil until done. Add red bell pepper, longan and sauce. Stir wel for about 1 minute until sauce thickens. Serve with jasmine rice.
