Young Green Thai Peppercorns, 16 oz

Young Green Peppercorns ("prik thai on") are left on the vine in 3-4 inch sections and packed in water, now in a nice large 16 oz jar. They retain flavor very well. Used in curries and stir fry, usually one section of peppercorns is added at the very end of the cooking process, and used with relatively spicy dishes. These can be also be used to make "nam prik". Ingredients: young green pepper, water, salt, citric acid, sodium metabisufite. Product of Thailand. We also offer whole white peppercorn.
