Fish Sauce, Tra Chang brand, 24 oz bottle
$4.89
Tra Chang brand is our personal favorite, the quality is superb and it's made in the very best process, and aged one year. It was also featured by Martha Stewart Living as their best choice, and they recommended ImportFood.com in their May 2006 issue. It has beautiful light golden color and it's crystal clear . We also like Tra Chang brand so much because of the subtle smell and the light flavor. Most fish sauce, indeed poor quality fish sauce, has an overwhelming fishy smell but Tra Chang has a wonderful mild essence. It's light golden color is perfect as well. Tra Chang is aged one year, a true premium grade, using the best anchovy fish. Please see our photo tour of Tra Chang's facility, and learn how fish sauce is made. Ingredients: anchovy fish, salt, sugar. Product of Thailand. We also offer three other brands of premium fish sauce. See below our new Gold Label Tra Chang also.
