Thai Recipe: Lemongrass Beef
Prepare fresh lemongrass beef in minutes; a healthy recipe with a nice aroma and lovely citrus flavor. Chop your lemongrass finely as shown, and cook it quickly over medium/high heat.
Back in Stock: Sambal Oelek - Kokita Brand
Here is the "real thing", sambal oelek, Kokita brand, to the highest quality standards.
The heat level is high, and it will make you sweat if you eat too much, but it's also chunky and sweet.
Ingredients: red chile, tomato, salt. Product of Indonesia.
Back in Stock: Sambal Bajak, Kokita Brand
This sambal bajak is 'Hot' version by Kokita, not 'Mild'. Packed in a glass jar.
Ingredients: red chile, sugar, soybean oil, cayenne pepper, shallot, salt, shrimp paste, modifed corn starch, msg, sodium benzoate.

New Stock: Shing Shang Fish Snack with Sesame, 5.95 oz jar
Packed in a nice tall, strong plastic jar with metal pop top, and resealable plastic lid.
In southern Thailand, villagers call these "shing shang fish" they are about 3-4 inches before boiling and drying shrinks them to 1-2 inches. The fish are then deep fried and seasoned then oven baked for super crispness and crunchiness. These are dry fish, not greasy at all, and very tasty. The fish are known for high calcium and protein. No fish smell just a tasty natural snack.
Ingredients: anchovy fish, palm oil, sugar, salt, chile, sesame seeds.

A mix of fragrant Thai garlic, chili, oils and spices. It's very spicy, adds a true Thai kick to whatever you're cooking.

Heavy aroma of Thai garlic, and rich flavor of biting Thai chiles. Useful for all sorts of Thai cooking, but you can use this to add a distinct Thai flavor to anything you might be cooking. Add a few teaspoons to soup or noodles, vegetable or meat stir-fry.
Ingredients: soybean oil, garlic, chilli, shallot, water, lemongrass, msg, sugar, salt, dried shrimp, paprika color.

This week on Wednesday we will arrange shipment of a wide range of fresh Thai produce, which is Grown in USA and not subject to higher rates as we see on other imported items. Most of this is grown in Hawaii and California and we get it right from the source & send straight to you.
