Thai Sam Kler Powder - Hand Brand
Sam Kler Powder means "Three Friend Powder" - an equal combination of garlic powder, white pepper powder, and coriander powder.
It is a natural 'Thai MSG' that gives off unique fragrance and a full flavor boost that can be universally used.
This is the first time we've offered Sam Kler, and it just came off the spice mill from Thailand's best maker Hand Brand.

This is an excellent quality Thai curry powder (not to be confused with madras curry powder).
Made by Hand Brand Number One, a legendary spice company in Thailand.
Ingredients: turmeric, coriander seeds, fenugreek seeds, wheat flour, salt, cumin, fennel seed, chilli, pepper, mustard seed.

Thai Hanglay Powder - Hand Brand
Hanglay is Back! Straight from Hand Brand, fresh off the spice mill after being out of stock for a long time. Highly recommended. One of the most unique spice blends, which creates Northern Thai specialty Hanglay (also spelled Hunglay).
When we first created a Hanglay (Northern Thai Curry) recipe, it was a bit frustrating that we did not have an authentic Thai hanglay powder to use in the recipe. Hanglay is always made with this specific powder.
The main ingredient in Hanglay pork or beef, and you can use a fatty belly pork or other cut of your choice. Other distinctive ingredients are ginger and pickled garlic.
Each package is now a generous 100 grams (3.5 ounces) which will last for a long time.
