Bin Bin Spicy Seaweed Rice Crackers, 4.7oz
These large round crackers are made of rice flour and finished with a slightly spicy glaze sprinkled with seaweed. There are two large round crackers wrapped in plastic and ten of those per package.

Sprinkle these fried garlic bits on top of all Asian soups and noodles. Thai garlic is especially aromatic, and adds fragrance as well as flavor. Fragrance is a critical element of Thai cooking, and this product is a delightful addition to not only a wide variety of Thai recipes but also European and American recipes.

Mama is the most famous brand in Thailand for good reason, the flavor of their instant noodles is fantastic.
Serving size is 2.3 oz dry, which is larger than most Mama noodle packs which are about 1.8 oz.
One bowl will really fill you up, and the flavor is good just like it comes. Add the two separate spice packets, then add hot water, and let sit for 3 minutes.

Healthy alternative to white jasmine rice, with the same wonderful aroma. As shown below, this is premium quality jasmine rice has not gone through the final stage of polishing, so it still contains the outer layer of rice bran.
