Our original long-handle wok turner was one of the best selling tools we offered, and we couldn't get more of them but we just discovered an old case in our shop.
This indispensable tool is used for measuring, scooping, scraping, turning, serving and more. The Rolls Royce of wok turners.
Made by Zebra of high-quality thick pure stainless steel, this really feels solid in your hand. It's such a high quality that you'll have it for generations. The entire length is 16", so your hand stays a safe distance from the wok. The bakelite handle is 5.5", the shovel is 4" wide and has a 3 tablespoon capacity.

New stock of sambal oelek made in Indonesia, Kokita brand, to the highest quality standards..
Sambal oelek can be used to heat up anything you desire, such as soups or spring rolls, pizza, whatever you like to heat up.
This is made with pure red chile peppers which are hot very but also have a hint of fresh sweet flavor.

Mama brand, Phnom Pen Style, Chan Soup
This is a new flavor from Mama, a gently spiced soup they call Phnom Pen style. We enjoyed making this with thinly sliced beef (see picture below), fresh cilantro and lime.
Distinctive because it's made with nice white rice noodles.
Mama suggests adding shrimp, but you can simply add boiling water then let sit for 3 minutes and enjoy the noodles. Turn it into something extraordinary with whatever you prefer.

Namtok is one of our favorites and we have it at half price! You get 12 packs instead of 6 packs.
The instant noodles have a dark rich smoky broth, and it's not extremely spicy like other Mama noodles. This is namtok flavor. Add thinly sliced pork or beef, along with fresh cilantro, to make a more substantial meal.
