Mama, Chan Tom Yum Instant Noodles
Our favority Mama noodles, made using premium chantaboon rice stick noodles. Serving size is 1.94 oz dry, which is a bit larger than most Mama noodle packs. One bowl can fill you up, and the tom yum flavor is just as you might hope for--a lovely combination of sour & spicy.
Add the three separate spice packets, then add hot water, and let sit for 3 minutes.

These noodles are designed to be 'instant fresh'.
Just boil for a few minutes then use in stir-fry as a typical fresh egg noodle would, or fry in oil for a spectacular crispy noodle meal. We demonstrate now to use them, see our recipe here.

Thai Fried Chili Paste, Bells & Flower brand

Extremely spicy. The hottest chile peppers in Thailand are dried and roasted, pounded into a paste and mixed with garlic, shallot and oil. That's all there is to this paste, and it really packs a punch.
