Thai Fried Mackerel in Chilli

The daily catch of delicious seafood in the Gulf of Thailand includes mackerel--and these have nice flavor.

This is from Smiling Fish brand, a well-known high quality producer that has packed this for years.  It looks like a tin of tuna, just pull open the top and enjoy the chunks of fried mackerel with a light coating of chilli pepper.

The low price makes them an affordable healthy meal. Serve with jasmine rice.
