Thai Popsicle Maker 80 Tube
Add to cartTemporarily Out of Stock Fresh, hand-poured, home-made popsicles are a rare sight in Thailand these days, and we've certainly never an ancient-style Thai popsicle maker in USA. We've imported a few dozen only, they're fully-functional and ready to use.
NEW: See our report on the Popsicle Maker at Hyde Park Street Fair in Boise Idaho.
Each popsicle maker consists of these parts:
1 double-walled basin to hold the ice (30" x 11")
1 lid with handle
1 rotating top with four handles
80 hand-made tubes
We have a Thai Popsicle Video for you to see a vendor in action, briskly selling one after another to happy customers.
Simply fill the basin with ice, add 6 cups of rock salt, balance with cold water.
Usually a range of flavors is poured into the tubes, such as pineapple juice, coca cola, sprite, lemonade, grape juice, etc.
We have created four very successful popsicle recipes and will be happy to share them with anyone who purchases our popsicle maker.
Place the tubes into the holes, and rotate the top using the four handles--this agitates the ice and settles the tubes. Periodically rotate the top, it makes a great icy popsickly sound! After about 20 minutes the juice will begin to harden. Add sticks, replace the lid, wait about 5 more minutes, and your popsicles will be ready. Dip a tube into warm water for a second and the popsicles come right out.
In Thailand, vendors sell popsicles for 10 cents each. Perhaps you'd like to start an enterprise offering Thai-style popsicles? Or if you already own a Thai restaurant this would be a real treat to show off and demonstrate for your customers.
