Thai Fried Chicken Wings

After hearing from experienced chefs in Las Vegas and Austin Texas about this Thai chicken batter, we created delicious fried chicken and know you'll enjoy this recipe.

Thai Basil Beef

Made simply in a pan with crushed garlic, yellow onion, Add sliced beef, Mae Pranom Phad Kapraow Paste. Serve on a plate topped with a bit of fresh cilantro and sliced green onion.

Thai Beef Namtok Salad

Very popular Thai beef salad -- served widely in restaurants.  We prepared this quickly using Lobo Namtok Seasoning Mix. 

Namtok means 'waterfall' in Thai so this is waterfall beef.

Japanese Udon Soup w/Panko Shrimp

Hontsuyu sauce and udon noodles create this disctinctive soup with panko shrimp -- a simple Japanese recipe we're pleased to share here.

Thai Holy Basil Chicken

Start by cutting vegetables of your choice, we used carrot and red bell pepper sliced using our Wave Knife, and snow peas. Submerge the vegetables in boiling water for 30 seconds. Fry with a bit of chopped garlic and sliced onion then add sliced chicken, Chilli Paste with Holy Basil Leaves and mix well then finish by adding the vegetables and mix briefly before serving

Thai Baby Corn Stir-Fry

Our Thai baby corn is crisp, full of flavor, and perfect for stir fry with meat and seafood. In this recipe we share the important simple tricks so you can do it all in your own kitchen quickly. Adding tapioca starch at the end ties the flavors together and gives it an elegant finish glaze.

Thai Seafood Soup

This is a masterpiece seafood soup. You might be surprised it came from your kitchen, with such a nice blend of elegant flavors and texture. The slightly firm rice, rather than the typical mushy congee, makes it distinctive. The trick is to fry the rice when it's still dry, as we show here.
