Hello again! Today we received fresh young Hawaiian ginger, which only comes once a year. Excellent quality. We also feature Pho paste and a simple recipe to make a really authentic Pho. More -- See Below! Thanks for visiting.
Just Arrived: Fresh Hawaiian Young Ginger
Harvested once a year, these are large white roots with pink tips. Soft 'Young' ginger. Unique ginger is harvested before full maturity, so it's soft and you can eat it -- unlike woody ginger typically found in markets.
We feature two great recipes, click the link. This is what Japanese use for sushi ginger. Great flavor.

Pho Beef Paste
This paste is very popular. The flavor is rich, and the soft paste is easy to work with. A simple way to enjoy an exotic, full-flavored noodle soup.
As shown in our updated simple recipe, which we made in our small motorhome kitchen, we demonstrate how to use this with excellent results.
Feature: Chili Garlic Sauce
Always fresh stock, comes in and out as quick as any product we sell. Made in USA by Huy Fong, this is a fairly mild chile sauce that comes off with a fresh wholesome flavor. Similar to sambal oelek, but with the addition of garlic, you can use it as a condiment or cook with it.
We've really been enjoying this lately with our new recipes above: Pho and Ginger Seafood.
Fresh Lemongrass
Along with the unique fresh Hawaiian Ginger just received, we have great fresh lemongrass this week. Nice thick stalks and white tips. Order fresh lemongrass this week and we'll include a few extra stalks at no charge.
