This was the first Lays Thailand potato chip we got last year, and it sold out quick. We just got another shipment and don't expect it to last long.

Lays Thailand consistently adds unique flavors to the classic potato chip, often tourists love them and add a few bags to their suitcase because there's no distribution of these flavors outside of Thailand.

Pure coconut palm sugar is prized by top chefs for certain recipes, especially Som Tum because som tum is prepared cold so palm sugar cakes can't fully melt in the mortar (the cakes melt quickly when cooking). See below for our recommended recipes that palm sugar paste is especially perfect for; however, this is a premium sugar that enhances any recipe that calls for palm sugar.

Three Ladies Brand, Spring Roll Wrappers

High quality spring roll wrappers in the most desired brand: Three Ladies. Made from a mixture of tapioca flour, water, and salt.

These are rolled out by machine to paper thinness and then dried on bamboo mats in the sun. We offer the most convenient size: a nice 8.75" in diameter which is easy to work with. Our premium wrappers are not too thin and not too thick.

Thai Spicy Chicken in Rice Seasoning - Lobo

A quick and easy Thai-style spicy chicken-in-rice seasoning mix, and this is DELICIOUS! The flavor is more southern Thai, hint of Indian influence.

In each envelope you get two 25 gram (0.88 oz) individual packets.

Rub contents of one package on 1 lb chicken. Marinate 15 minutes. Simply turn on the rice cooker and it cooks together for 20 minutes. The result is fragrant, delicious yellow rice and moist chicken.

Thai instant coffee that's really nothing special using 'Robusta' beans which are generally considered lower quality than Arabica.

Birdy is just an everyday Thai product at the lower price point but brings back fond memories.

This is a 3-in-1 coffee so there's a bit of sugar and creamer inside but the lead flavor is coffee.

Lobo brand, Kao Soi Seasoning

Typically found in northern Thailand, Chiang Mai are. This is heavy with coconut milk and usually served with fresh egg noodle (ba mee in Thai) but you can use spaghetti or egg fettuccine noodles with good result.

Just Arrived: Thai Red Chili, Pickled

Fresh red chile packed in water and salt with no artificial color or preservatives. The pictures do not show clearly how beautiful these red chile are. Grown in Thailand, the famed bird chilli pepper, or prik ki nu, are harvested at just the right time and only the very best are hand-selected to be packed in a modern facility for export.
