his is a new product from Smiling Fish, a premium seafood producer in Southern Thailand. Packed in a modern pouch with clear instrctions on the back. Inside each package is a healthy serving of mackerel fish.
Pickled fish bladder (Tai Pla) is used to make a special soup using a heavy dose of local spices and large chunks of dried fish meat.

We just today got straight from Thailand this palm sugar in the 8 cake packaging. This product has wonderful flavor and aroma, and is unique when really fresh. The cakes are soft and you can eat it like candy, and use in cooking.
In Thai recipes as well as recipes throughout Southeast Asia, palm sugar is used as a natural sweetener. Our palm sugar is the best you can find anywhere, as we import from a premium producer in western Thailand, where the natural sap is collected from cut sugar palms and boiled until a nice sticky sugar remains.
