Lobo brand, Satay Seasoning Mix
We just got several cases of this -- make this as a fantastic summertime treat.
Authentic, delicious Thai satay (peanut) sauce in just a few steps.
Inside the package are two small sealed foil envelopes. The first one is the marinade powder, empty it into a bowl with a pound of chicken, 2 tablespoons of coconut milk, a bit of vegetable oil, mix and let marinade for an hour.
The other envelope is for the satay sauce. Mix that with coconut milk and heat over medium heat until thoroughly mixed.
Ingredients: sugar, peanut, corn syrup solid, spices, salt, soy sauce powder, msg, corn starch, malic acid, tricalcium phosphate. Product of Thailand.

Laksa Paste, 8 oz jar
Laksa paste is the foundation of the Malaysian (and Singaporean) curry laksa. It's a mild curry with lots of flavor and low chile heat. There are good instructions on the label regarding how to prepare it.
All you need to do is add coconut milk, water and the meat of your choice. We recommend serving over rice stick noodles and shredded vegetables (see pictures below).
Packed in a glass jar, in well-known Por Kwan brand.
Ingredients: soy bean oil, onion, garlic, water, galangal, salt, coconut milk, shrimp paste (shrimp, salt), lemongrass, tartaric acid, sugar, chili, peanuts, msg, citric acid, paprika color.
Thai Spicy Dipping Sauce, Healthy Boy brand, 30 oz bottle

The sauce is a steak dipping sauce, with sour notes of tamarind, black pepper, and hint of Thai chilli pepper.

Grown in Oregon in excellent climate, and shipped all over the world (notably Japan and Korea -- prized for the high quality).
These are export quality and could not be fresher, as they were just harvested.
