Salad Roll Hoisin Dipping Sauce
We prepared this modified hoisin sauce to go with our fresh salad rolls but it can be used for other things as well. We hope you enjoy it.

- 2 Tablespoons Hoisin Sauce
- 1/2 Tablespoon Fish Sauce
- 1 Teaspoon Sambal Oelek
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cane Sugar
- 1 Peppers Fresh Thai Chilli Peppers
- 1 Tablespoon Water
- 1/3 Cup Peanuts
Method for Salad Roll Hoisin Dipping Sauce
Start by placing the hoisin sauce in a bowl then add fish sauce, stir well, add sambal oelek, stir well, add sugar, stir well, then add water and stir it all together. Top with some sliced fresh chilli pepper (optional) and be sure to use crushed peanuts. We crushed ours in the granite mortar and pestle with great results.
