- 1 Package (1 1/4 Pound) Ground Turkey Meat
- 1/2 Cup (cooked) Jasmine Rice
- 1/4 Cup Coconut Milk
- 2 Teaspoons Curry (madras or other) powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon (dried) Thai basil
- 1/8 Teaspoon Kaffir Lime Powder
- Dash Thai Pepper Powder
Method for Curried Turkey Meatballs
In a large bowl mix all ingredients together. Form into 1 1/2 inch balls. In a large non-stick skillet add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil over medium heat. Add meatballs and brown on all sides. Turn heat to low and cover skillet. Cook for 6-8 minutes or until done
