December Thai Recipe Update / ImportFood
Hello again and welcome back to our blog. Hope you are having a great weekend. We have the nicest selection of carefully sourced Thai cookware and our favorite Thai sriracha sauce made at the source. This week we have our Thai Pork Satay recipe, Sriraja Panich, round Tao oven, and the handmade Thai satay grill is back in stock. Thanks for visiting!
Thai Pork Satay, 'Moo Satay
A recipe that's more time-consuming than others, with an elegant and authentic result bursting with flavor.
Back in Stock: Sriracha Sauce, Sriraja Panich Brand
Back in America after several years of not being available, and sorely missed by many customers! We just got a small quantity, as this is made in small batches.
Sriraja Panich brand is packed in a tall 20 oz glass bottle. It's probably the most common sriracha in Thailand, used far and wide throughout the country and well-known by all.
Thai Jasmine Rice (2023 NEW Crop)
A nice gift, feels like a sack of coal but lots of rice and it's the very best. We have plenty available.
Tao Charcoal Burner, Round - Great Price
A nice heavy insulated clay cooker from Thailand at just $65. We are happy to offer this new "modern" round design of the Tao burner, made to the same heavy duty standards.
These are shorter, with a unique shape, the quality is exactly the same (thick clay, strong metal container, lined with dirt and sealed with concrete). The shorter Tao are apparently more difficult to make so the price is not much different than the larger traditional Tao.
Thai Satay Grill
The most common use of this charcoal grill is satay, in Thailand you can find street vendors selling satay from this grill everywhere. Thais also use it to barbeque toast (may seem odd, but true), hot dogs, bananas, and other creative things.
