Pineapple Chili Sauce, Mae Pranom Thailand
Goes great with our Gogi tempura. The flavor is an excellent blend of sweet & tangy with a noticeable burst of chili heat. A wonderful dipping sauce for any grilled, roasted, or fried meats. Not just perfect for dipping spring rolls, this is a great marinade for any style of barbecue.

Banh Xeo Vietnamese Pancakes
These pancakes are very popular in Thai restaurants too, being adopted as a popular ingredient often made in Thai and Vietnamese homes.
The simple powder is a blend of rice, tapioca and wheat flour with turmeric powder, then fried with savory ingredients to create a lovely pancake with spicy dipping sauce.
Thai Tamarind Cutting Board - Extra Large
We have only a few dozen of these 'extra large' heavy tamarind cutting boards. We rarely get anything this large.
The extra large size is 12" and some of them are 12.25", which is larger than you might think. Every board is about 3" thick. Weight is about 17 lbs, so this is for serious chefs who are not afraid of a 17 lb block of wood in the kitchen.
A solid block of end-grain exotic hardwood from a tamarind tree. Tamarind wood is well-known in Thailand as the very best for cutting boards. End-grain wood is superior than cutting boards made of little blocks glued together.
