Thanks for visiting!
Thai Gogi Powder - Fish and Chips
This is a good quality multi-purpose instant self-raising batter that can be used to make all types of meat, seafood and vegetables.
We simply dipped pieces of cod into Gogi Powder then fried in oil and served with tartar sauce. Absolutely perfect fried fish.
Back in Stock: Local Fortune Cookies
Freshly-baked, local fortune cookies made in Seattle by Tsue Chong. The cookies just came out of the oven a few days ago. Tsue Chong does everything in their small factory in the heart of the International District.

It's All In The Pouch. After years of development, we are happy to offer this ready-to-eat, premium quality, authentic and delicious Tom Kha soup made in small batches using the highest quality ingredients.

Authentic Thai Barbecue Chicken - Street Vendor
Bang Saen is a seaside resort town with a beautiful oceanfront boulevard loaded with barbeque chicken vendors who all seem to prepare it in a distinctive style which is butterflied out and held by sliced bamboo sticks tied at each end. This vendor had his chicken already cooked and on display, but puts it back on the bbq for a few minutes after you order.
Fresh Kaffir Lime Leaves - Weather / ShortageSevere weather at our grower's farm in Southern California has severely reduced the crop so we expect tight supply now through May. If you need lime leaves now is a good time to order and freeze them. We will have a large amount to ship Monday but after that we expect weekly supplies to dwindle quickly.
New Crop 2021 Thai Jasmine Rice
Every year in mid/late January we get the first 'New Crop' of Thai jasmine rice. This rice has a unique, slightly wet character. It was just harvested, packed and rushed to market.
