NEW: Maesri Khao Soi Curry Paste
Brand new flavor developed by Maesri in 2025 appealing to widespread international love of Khao Soi, the famous Thai noodle dish originating in the northern region of Chiang Mai.
For a quick delicious Khao Soi, boil 1 cup coconut milk then add a can of khao soi curry paste and stir until boil. Add chicken (a bit less than a pound) and bring to a boil. Slowly add two more cups coconut milk and simmer until chicken is cooked through & tender. Pour the curry on egg noodles (or rice vermicelli) and top with crispy fried noodles.
Accompany with a small bowl of chopped shallots, pickled mustard green, and fresh lime. (Hint: add a touch of Thai chile oil for great flavor and aroma). Enjoy!
