Lobo brand, Sweet and Sour Mix
Start by mixing 1 tablespoon soy sauce with 3/4 lb meat of your choice, then fry it with 1 tablespoon vegetable oil and stir-fry until done. Add 1 onion, bell pepper, and other vegetable of your choice. Dissolve 1 pack of Lobo Sweet and Sour with 1/2 cup water and pour it into the pan. Add 3/4 cup drained pineapple chunks.

After hearing from experienced chefs in Las Vegas and Austin Texas about this Thai chicken batter, we created delicious fried chicken and know you'll enjoy this recipe. Eat alone or with Shark Sriracha, or Thai sweet chile sauce as a dip.

We created superb fried chicken by adding some ground fresh coriander & turmeric.
Lobo brand, Fried Rice Seasoning

To use this product, start by adding 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil to a wok, heat and add 1/2 lb of shrimp, pork or chicken (we used shrimp). Add one egg, and scramble. Add about 1 plate of steamed jasmine rice, lower the heat and add the fried rice mix. Stir and add other ingredients of your choice, such as onion, and you've created a wonderful Thai-style khao pad (fried rice). We added some drops of Maggi Seasoning over the top at the end, highly recommended.
Thai Seasoning for Chicken, Lobo
A quick and easy Thai-style chicken seasoning mix that can be used for baked, bbq, grilled or fried chicken.
In each envelope you get two individual packets. Dissolve contents of one packet with 1/4 cup water, then soak and rub on 2 lbs chicken. Marinate one hour before preparing chicken.
Lobo, Satay Seasoning Mix
Make authentic, delicious Thai satay (peanut) sauce with this high quality product. Simply mix with coconut milk. A convenient envelope packet, enough to make one large serving.
Inside the package are two small sealed foil envelopes. The first one is the marinade powder, empty it into a bowl with a pound of chicken, 2 tablespoons of coconut milk, a bit of vegetable oil, mix and let marinade for an hour.
The other envelope is for the satay sauce. Mix that with coconut milk and heat over medium heat until thoroughly mixed.
