Feature Recipe: Fish Powder w/Chilli Dipping Sauce
This is a great recipe using our Fish Powder with Chili.
Back in Stock: Smoked Fish Chilli Paste
New product from premium producer Mae Pranom. It says in Thai "Pla Yang" (pla = fish, yang = grilled).
This is smoked fish chili paste with a true Thai flavor that wouldn't usually be found outside of Thailand.
Serve with steamed jasmine rice and fresh or boiled vegetables.
Ingredients: dried chili, smoked fish, tamarind, garlic, onion, sugar, fish sauce, salt. Product of Thailand.

Ingredients: water, salt, distilled vinegar, high fructose syrup, lemongrass, salt, pickled red chili (red chili, salt, distilled vinegar), salt, xanthan gum), red chili, xanthan gum.

Sambal oelek is an Indonesian hot sauce that was made popular by a company in California which makes a local version of this sauce using very hot chile peppers.
We are pleased to offer you the original sambal oelek made in Indonesia, Kokita brand, to the highest quality standards.
This is made with pure red chile peppers which are hot very but also have a hint of fresh sweet flavor. This product is similar to sambal terasi. The heat level is high, and it will make you sweat if you eat too much, but it's also chunky and sweet.

Sambal terasi is an Indonesian hot and spicy sauce of incredible depth and complexity. We love this product which is similar to sambal oelek but more rich in flavor and is made with oil.
The heat level is high, and it will make you sweat if you eat too much, but it's also chunky and sweet. Ingredients: red chile, sugar, tomato, cooking oil, shallot, blacan (shrimp paste), salt, sodium benzoate.

We have offered original Kokita brand Sambal Oelek and Sambal Terasi for a few years now, and now we have Sambal Bajak which is a very hot chile paste, but also sweet. Kokita offers products of the highest standard. Packed in a glass jar.
