Authentic Recipe: Thai Yellow Curry Chicken
We recently discovered how much we like yellow curry. Yellow curry makes vegetables taste great in our opinion. Here is a basic Thai yellow curry with chicken and potato. It's also good with bell pepper, butternut squash, or any seasonal vegetable of your choice. Serve a generous portion and watch it disappear.
Thai Fried Shallots (red onion)
Used in our yellow curry recipe above. The 8 oz jar is quite large, enough for several handfuls. Fresh from Aroy-D Thailand. Quality is excellent. These are highly sought after among restaurants who prefer fried Thai shallots for the excellent bold flavor.
This is usually added to soup or stir fry, and it can be eaten as a snack.
