Thai Green Chilli Spicy Sauce, Healthy Boy, 10 oz
Brand new product from Healthy Boy, just arrived and we recommend you try it. Made by Healthy Boy as an innovative condiment. Not overly spicy.
Serve with meat, vegetables, eggs, on rice. Unlimited uses.
Ingredients: water, pickled chilli, sugar, fructose, garlic, thickener, modified starch, salt, acidity regulator, flavor enhancer (msg), FD&C Yellow No 5, Blue No 1, xanthan gum, sodium benzoate.

Pad Thai sauce, Por Kwan, 33 oz
This is one of the very first products we offered when we started ImportFood.com in 1999. Very popular at the time but eventually Por Kwan stopped offering it and it fell off the radar but we are so happy to see it again and offer it. Just arrived from Thailand - an "Old School, Original".
This sauce makes a basic Pad Thai. Just add oil to your pan and heat, add rice stick and this pad thai sauce, add some water to soften the rice stick, stir until cooked, add other ingredients as desired.

Seafood Chilli Sauce Mix, Lobo brand, 2.65 oz
Back in stock. Here is our feature sauce from of Lobo, a company that offers great products which are commonly found in supermarkets throughout Thailand.
The seafood chile sauce mix is mild, it does not have a high chile heat. The sauce is more to the sweet side, and it can be served with any kind of fish.
Ingredients: sugar, wheat flour, spices, salt, bell pepper, msg, tomato powder, malic acid. No artificial color or preservatives. 2.6 oz envelope. Product of Thailand.
Three Crabs Fish Sauce, 10 oz bottle
This is an ultra-premium fish sauce manufactured by Three Crabs in the desirable small glass bottle.
Three Crabs is made in Hong Kong. Ingredients: anchovy extract, salt, water, sugar & hydrolyzed vegetable protein (corn).
Plum sauce, Koon Chun brand
Plum sauce is great as a dipping sauce for our spring roll recipe featured below.
Koon Chun brand is one preferred by chef's--it's a very good quality product.
Packed in a 15 oz glass jar.
Ingredients: sugar, plum pulp, vinegar, salt, ginger, chile, garlic.
Product of Hong Kong.
Fried Spring Rolls
We love serving this with the Koon Chun Plum sauce above.
These spring rolls can be made really quickly, as the filling is so basic and things are put together using eyeball rather than strict measurements. Fun to make and you can develop your own style.
We like making several dozen at a time then storing uncooked rolls in the freezer in a ziplock bag.
