Hello Again Friends of ImportFood! Thanks for visiting our blog update today. We just got two Thai Lays back in stock: somtum chicken, and wing sriracha. Both are very popular and won't last long. Our Tao oven has received more endorsements, Royal Umbrella 2024 crop is now in the resealable 5 pound bag, and please share in making our delicious Tom Kha Gai recipe. A newer flavor we just got back from Lays Thailand - Fried Chicken Wings and Sriracha.
Flavor has a medium and unmistakable chilli heat from the sriracha. Spicy and chicken-y. A real treat.
The chips themselves are 'Lays Rock(R) Ridged'. Uniquely Thai and delicious.

Recipe: Thai Chicken Soup with Coconut Milk, 'Tom Kha Gai'
This is a mild but spicy chicken soup (it can also be made with shrimp, pork, beef or mushrooms), flavored with the unique flavor of galangal ('kha' in Thai) which creates a heavenly taste when combined with hot chile peppers, coconut milk, lime leaves and lemongrass.
