Shougayaki - Japanese Ginger Pork
Shougayaki is a delicious dish that is best served with fresh steamed jasmine rice.

- 4 Sliced Pork
- 2 Tablespoons Japanese cooking sake
- 1 1/2 Teaspoon Thin Soy Sauce
- 1 Teaspoon Grated Ginger
- 2 Tablespoons Kewpie Mayonnaise
Method for Shougayaki - Japanese Ginger Pork
Marinate pork with sake, soy sauce, and ginger. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan, add pork and cook both sides till golden brown and completely done. Add kewpie mayonnaise and cook for 1-2 more minutes.
