Thai Herb Dipping Sauce 'Namjim Pak Chee'
This fresh, spicy sour garlic dipping is full of rich green color, and we love it with chicken (as shown). Also popular to serve with steamed fish. Excellent with sticky rice.

- 1/2 Cup Fresh Coriander
- 3 Tablespoons Chopped Garlic
- 2 Fresh Thai Chile Peppers
- 1 Teaspoon While White Peppercorn
- 2 Teaspoons Salt
- 2 Tablespoons Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Lime Juice
Method for Thai Herb Dipping Sauce 'Namjim Pak Chee'
In a mortar and pestle, pound white peppercorn, chopped garlic, then chili, until it becomes a paste, then add finely chopped coriander, pound until paste. Set aside.
In another bowl, mix lime juice with sugar, salt, stir until dissolved. Then add coriander paste into sauce, stir together, serve and enjoy.
