Cock Brand, Tom Yum Paste

New shipment just arrived.  Very popular tom yum paste, Cock brand is high quality, with great taste, and used extensively by restaurants.

Used to make Tom Yum soup. Simply add two tablespoons of Instant Tom Yum paste to three cups of boiling water or chicken stock. Add fresh fish, prawns, mussel, scallop, squid, whatever seafood you like. Great tom yum!

Ingredients: Soy bean oil, lemongrass, salt, shallot, galangal, chili, water, dried shrimp, lime, msg, kaffir lime leaves, citric acid, garlic, sugar, paprika color.

Product of Thailand.

Plum Sauce, Koon Chun brand

Plum sauce is great as a dipping sauce for fried tempura and spring rolls. Also try it with Panko Shrimp.

Koon Chun brand is one preferred by chef's--it's a very good quality product.

Packed in a 15 oz glass jar.

Ingredients: sugar, plum pulp, vinegar, salt, ginger, chile, garlic.

Thai Bamboo Shoot, Strips, 20 oz can

Sliced bamboo (Nor Mai in Thai) is found in many different Thai recipes, and our favorite bamboo is the little matchstick strips like we offer here from.

All Natural, Ingredients: Bamboo shoot 52%, water.

The 20 oz can is a fairly large quantity so use generously.

Mama Brand, Instant Chan Pho Soup

Rich in flavor, but not spicy, similar to our very popular chan clear soup. To dress it up, add thinly-sliced raw beef before you pour the boiling water over it, then cover for 3 minutes. Add sliced green onion, a squeeze of fresh lime, fresh cilantro and fresh basil.
